Digital Delivery (Shipping) Policy

All products sold by The Lymph Clinic Academy Limited that are classified as digital documents, downloadable resources, or online course materials are delivered electronically. No physical shipping is involved.


Digital delivery method

Digital documents and course materials are delivered via one or more of the following methods:

  • Secure download link

  • Email delivery

  • Access through an online learning platform or client portal

Delivery details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.


Delivery timeframe

Digital content is typically delivered ONE MONTH prior to training.

In some cases, access may be provided within 24 hours, particularly for manual approvals, course onboarding, or scheduled course releases.

No physical shipping

As all products are delivered digitally:

  • No shipping fees apply

  • No physical items will be sent

  • No shipping address is required at checkout


Access responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide a valid email address at checkout

  • Ensure their inbox, spam, and junk folders are checked

  • Ensure compatibility with the required device, software, or internet access

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses or technical restrictions on the customer’s side.


Loss of access

If you lose access to your digital materials, please contact us and we will assist where possible. Access may be limited by course duration or licence terms.


Klarna & digital delivery

If you choose to pay using Klarna, delivery of digital content may occur immediately upon payment approval, in line with Klarna’s pay-later terms for digital services.
