Course bookings & cancellations
All bookings for training courses, workshops, and educational programmes provided by The Lymph Clinic Academy Limited are subject to the following terms.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your booking for a full refund, provided the course has not started and no course materials have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
After this 14-day period, all bookings become non-refundable.
Non-refundable circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

The course start date has passed

You fail to attend the course including no-shows

You cancel within 14 days of the course start date

You have accessed any digital materials, pre-course content, manuals, or downloads

The course was purchased at a discounted or promotional rate unless otherwise stated
All training places are limited and reserved specifically for you, which is why late cancellations cannot be refunded.
Course transfers
At our discretion, and subject to availability, we may allow a one-time transfer to an alternative course date if requested at least 14 days before the original course start date.
Transfers are not guaranteed and cannot be requested once the course has started.
Cancellations by us
In the unlikely event that The Lymph Clinic Academy Limited needs to cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered:

A full refund

A transfer to a future course date of your choice
Klarna & pay-later payments
If you paid using Klarna, any approved refund will be processed back to Klarna. Klarna will then update or cancel your payment plan in line with their terms. Refund times may vary depending on Klarna’s processing.
